New Britain, Conn.  – The Le Moyne College volleyball team took on Central Connecticut State University at Detrick Gymnasium on Friday afternoon for their sixth conference match of the season. The Blue Devils won the match 3-0, with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, and 25-20.
 
For the Dolphins, sophomore middle hitter Kayla Anstett (Rochester, N.Y. / Hilton) recorded six kills, followed by senior outside hitter Madison Dembroski (Plattekill, N.Y. / Wallkill) and sophomore middle hitter Nil Ezgi Tasdelen (Izmir, Turkey / Ugur Okullari) both recording five kills. Sophomore setter Haley Gerken (Buffalo, N.Y. / Frontier) had 20 assists, and eight digs. Dembroski registered nine digs, and junior libero/DS Ella Katz (Burnt Hills, N.Y. / Burnt Hills - Ballston Lake) had eight digs.
 
For the Blue Devils, Weronika Poczynek recorded 10 kills, and nine digs. Isabelle Roufs had eight kills, and Victoria Sanabria had four kills. Kylee Baranski had 15 assists, Madison Massaro-Cook had 10 assists, and Mia Lombardo had one assist.
 
The Dolphins next match will be Saturday, October 14^th, at 5:00pm against Sacred Heart University at William H. Pitt Center.
