Baltimore, MD  – The Le Moyne College volleyball took on Copping State University on Tuesday afternoon at their Physical Education Complex. The Eagles won the match 3-0, with set scores of 25-14, 25-14, and 25-20.
 
For the Dolphins, sophomore middle hitter Kayla Anstett (Rochester, N.Y. / Hilton) registered eight kills, junior outside hitter Emily La Ruffa (Rock Hill, N.Y. / Monticello) had four kills, and freshman opposite/outside hitter Branwyn Lupton (Napanee, Ontario / Napanee District Secondary School) had three kills. Sophomore setter Haley Gerken (Buffalo, N.Y. / Frontier) guided the offense with 13 assists, junior libero/DS Ella Katz (Burnt Hills, N.Y. / Burnt Hills - Ballston Lake) had two assists, and freshman libero/DS Haley Buescher (Toledo, Ohio / St. Ursula Academy) had one assist. Buescher also had nine digs, Katz had seven digs, and Gerken had seven digs.
 
For the Eagles, TaKenya Stafford had six kills, Paola Caten had five kills, and Geraldyn Palacios had five kills. Andrea Tsvetanova had 14 assists, Andrea Serrano had seven assists, and Coco Figueroa had three assists. Serrano also had eights digs, Stafford had six digs, and Tsvetanova had six digs.
 
The Dolphins next match will be Friday, November 3^rd, at 5:00pm against Central Connecticut State at Ted Grant Court – Syracuse, N.Y.
