Hamilton, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's and women's swimming and diving teams traveled to take part in day one of the Colgate Invite on Friday night. The men's squad finished day one with a score of 232.5 while the women's team tallied 115 on the day.

Women's Squad:
Freshman Kim Velazquez (Fairfield, C.T. / Fairfield Ward) finished eighth in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:55.38.

Men's Team:
Freshman Lucas Clay (Baldwinsville, N.Y. / C.W. Baker) placed fourth in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 4:19.34.

Freshman Michael White Jr. (Baldwinsville, N.Y. / C.W. Baker) finished in second in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:45.37.

Sophomore Justin Enser (Hilton, N.Y. / Hilton) took seventh in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 54.08.

Clay finished in third in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 58.45.

Freshman Alexander Pilieci (Ottawa, O.N. / John McCrae) placed third in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:57.02.

Enser took fourth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.57 while White finished in eighth with a time of 22.07.

What's Next:
The Dolphins will finish out the Colgate Invite on Saturday, October 12 at the Lineberry Natatorium in Hamilton, N.Y. starting at 10:00 A.M.
