Lonczak on Maravillas – "I had the pleasure of giving Jacob a campus tour a few months back and really came away with a genuine appreciation for him as a human being. I loved the way he carried himself throughout the visit. He's a self-starter. He's also the highest ranked freshman we have internationally. A crafty lefty with a no give up attitude he comes here as a very highly regarded Gomez academy player. He's had a lot of success on the ITF circuit especially in doubles where he's sure to compete for us at the highest level."

Bernardo Teixeira don't come along too often. A starter for a top 40 team at the University of Delaware, Bernardo excelled on both the tennis court and in the classroom. He received multiple graduate degrees from Delaware and was a part of the ITA All-Academic Team. We're so lucky to have Bernardo and we expect an amazing year."

We're really excited about what he brings on and off the court and we're extremely blessed to have a player of his caliber up on the Heights."
