Syracuse, N.Y. – Le Moyne College softball head coach Tracey Roman has announced that seven student-athletes have signed Letters of Intent to attend Le Moyne and play for the Dolphins in 2027. The class consists of right-handed pitchers Jaidyn Tillman and Ella Fletcher, utility players Ella Swingle and Kylie Kerns, pinch runner/outfielder Kenidee Campbell, and middle infielders Brianna McHale and Kaelyn Brenner.

"We are incredibly excited about the strength and depth of this recruiting class," said Roman. "We've signed seven exceptional student-athletes who will undoubtedly elevate our entire program as we continue to establish ourselves at the NCAA Division 1 level."

"This class adds vital pitching depth that will perfectly complement and strengthen our current staff, along with dynamic defensive options that bring outstanding positional versatility," added Roman. "We've also significantly upgraded our offensive potential in every way possible. We are adding game-changing speed on the basepaths, a powerful, multifaceted offense, and the ability to execute situationally to create scoring opportunities in many different ways."

Roman continued, "these young women are battle-tested competitors who embody the values of Le Moyne College, and I truly can't wait to get them on the field and see the impact they'll have on our winning culture!"

Jaidyn Tillman–RHP–Glen Allen, VA/ Glen Allen

Roman on Tillman - "Jaidyn is the definition of a multifaceted player and an immediate difference-maker. She brings serious heat and an electric presence in the circle that will help us dominate the strike zone, along with a big bat that will be a huge asset to our offense. Beyond the diamond, her dedication to community activity truly stands out. Jaidyn embodies the best values of Le Moyne College, and we are beyond confident she will be an excellent addition to our program both on the field and in our community!"

Ella Fletcher–RHP–Alexandria, VA/ Bishop O'Connell

Roman on Fletcher - "Ella is an exceptional talent whose grit and versatility immediately caught our eye. Ella is a USA High Performance Program Selectee, USSSA All American Direct Invite, as well as a Select 30 Champion. We expect Ella to make an immediate impact in our program. Her ability to dominate both in the circle as a pitcher and defensively at first base gives us incredible flexibility, and her powerful bat adds significant firepower to our lineup."

Ella Swingle–Utility–Archbald, PA/ Valley View

Roman on Swingle - "The first thing that jumps out about Ella is her incredible versatility and athleticism; she's a true utility player who can contribute at multiple positions defensively. Her excellent speed will be a game-changer for us, putting immediate pressure on our opponents on the bases and in the field. We are excited to welcome her to the Heights and can't wait to see the impact she makes!"

Kylie Kerns–Utility–Greencastle, PA/ Greencastle-Antrim

Roman on Kerns - "Kylie brings an imposing and strong presence that will immediately elevate our team both offensively and defensively. Her versatility is a true asset; she is extremely battle-tested from competing in a strong national schedule, and she played a key role in her high school team reaching the PIAA Class 5A state championship game for the first time in 16 years. We are thrilled to add her powerful presence to our program and can't wait for her to officially join the Dolphins!"

Kenidee Campbell–Pinch Runner/Outfield–Lee Center, NY/ Rome Free Academy

Roman on Campbell - "Kenidee will serve a vital specialty role for us primarily as a pinch runner, and her exceptional speed and threat on the basepaths give us incredible options within our offense. Having a dedicated player like Kenidee who excels in this position genuinely improves our offense and is a necessary asset to compete successfully at the Division I level. We are excited to see the immediate impact her speed will have on our strategy!"

Brianna McHale–Middle Infield–Jersey City, NJ/Weehawken

Roman on McHale - "Brianna is fundamentally sound defensively, possessing fantastic hands, and she will be a tremendous addition to our middle infield. Her experience playing a very competitive level of club softball means she is extremely well-prepared to compete immediately at the Division I level. Offensively, she is a strong gap-to-gap hitter who understands the nuances of situational hitting. We are thrilled to add a player with Brianna's skill set and field IQ to our program!"

Kaelyn Brenner–Middle Infield–Wappingers Falls, NY/ Roy C. Ketchum

Roman on Brenner - "Kaelyn is an exceptional athlete with fantastic range, and she's going to instantly elevate our middle infield! We hit the jackpot because both Kaelyn and Brianna attended the same summer prospect camp. The way they worked together was quick, natural, and just clicked—we are so lucky to have this dynamic duo coming to Le Moyne in the same class! Kaelyn is a solid gap-to-gap hitter who brings occasional power to the plate. I am genuinely pumped to see how she contributes and develops at the collegiate level!"

This coming season, the Dolphins will return 15 letterwinners, including 12 position players and three pitchers, from their 2025 squad. The Dolphins are set to open the 2026 season in early February.
