Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's soccer team recorded a draw in its opening NEC match against New Haven on Thursday. The Dolphins finished with a 16-6 advantage in shots and put six attempts on goal, while each team scored once in each half.

Noah Morelli (North Tonawanda, N.Y./Niagara-Wheatfield) put a late shot wide for the Dolphins, while New Haven earned consecutive corners in the 42
nd minute, and the half ended tied 1-1.
The Dolphins moved ahead less than three minutes into the second half at 47:34, when redshirt sophomore forward
Aiden Granger (Binghamton, N.Y./Chenango Valley) played the ball from the right side to redshirt junior defender
Vito Kreuzpaintner (Munich, Bavaria, Germany/FOS Nord/UNC Wilmington), who found Ludemann for a shot from the top right into the lower left to make it 2-1.
New Haven generated chances through Vinicius Lemke, Trevor Pegg and Aiden Williams McCracken during the middle of the half, then tied the match at 2-2 on Ali Taleb's goal at 69:28. The visitors added consecutive corners in the 73
rd and 74
th minutes, but the Dolphins made the late push with saved shots by graduate student forward
