Six minutes later, Imani Kissi netted the first goal for the Bison. Howard kept McPheron busy, as she made four more stops in the half before allowing a second goal with a little more than five minutes to go. It was a slow offensive half for the Dolphins as they recorded three total shots.

At 56:00, freshman forward Isabel Kingsbury (Fredericksburg, Va./Mountain View) hit it from well outside the 18-yard box off a pass from sophomore midfielder Grace Gironda (Red Bank, N.J./Middletown South) for her first points of the season. McPheron made one save to keep the Bison from pulling farther ahead. The game-tying goal was scored at 72:37 as a failed clearance by Howard fell to sophomore midfielder Ella Lathrop (Walworth, N.Y./Ruben A. Cirillo), who tapped it to senior midfielder Giovanna Vigliotti (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee). Vigliotti buried it top left corner to make it 2-2. The momentum continued for Le Moyne when at 78:22, an inswinging corner kick from sophomore back Giana Cutuli (Mexico, N.Y./Mexico) found the head of Sousa for her seventh goal of the season and her fifth in the last five games. The Dolphins held the 3-2 lead for the remainder of the game, picking up another win in NEC play.
