Elmer is in his first year as a graduate assistant coach after playing his final three collegiate seasons as a Dolphin.
Elmer played in 35 games as a short-stick defensive midfielder over his three seasons as a Dolphin, including the national championship-winning team in 2021. He compiled 32 ground balls and caused 16 turnovers, while adding four points on one goal and three assists in transition. Following his final season in 2022, he was named USILA All-America Honorable Mention after being tabbed to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Conference Second Team.
He started his collegiate career at Onondaga Community College, where he was part of national championship-winning teams in 2018 and 2019. He served as a team captain as a sophomore, during which he appeared in 15 games and tallied 20 goals and 15 assists.
A native of Syracuse, he attended Westhill High School and is currently finishing his MBA in leadership.
