2022-23: Graduate Student – Appeared in 29 games with 22 starts during his first campaign on the Heights, leading the Dolphins in minutes played (29.4 per game), scoring (11.7 points per game) and three-pointers made (65) … was second on the team in assists per game (3.0) and steals per game (1.2) … Salter’s 2.4 threes per game during conference play was the ninth-best in the league… he shot 40.4% from three-point land overall (161 attempts), including 41.3% during conference games (109 attempts) … shot 82.2% from the free-throw line, including a team-best 85.2% during conference games… tallied a game-high 20 points with six assists and three steals in 29 minutes of action during a conference victory at Adelphi (Nov 22) … scored 18 points on 6-12 shooting from the field and 5-8 from the three-point line in 35 minutes played during a setback at Franklin Pierce (Nov 30), then followed that up with 16 points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block in 36 minutes of action during a 79-58 NE10 win at home over Saint Rose (Dec 3) … during a dominant home win over D’Youville (Dec 13), Salter registered four assists, a season-high five steals and 19 points on 6-8 from the field, 3-5 from three-point land and 4-4 from the line… recorded 12 points, four assists, a steal and one turnover in 36 minutes played during an 84-77 win over Angelo State (Dec 17), who finished the season ranked No. 23 in the NABC Coaches Top 25 Poll, at the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic… contributed 21 points on 9-16 from the field, including 3-7 from three, to go along with three assists and three rebounds in 30 minutes during a loss at Saint Anselm (Jan 10) … scored in double figures in six consecutive games between January 18 and February 4 … scored a season-best 26 points on 10-16 from the field, including a season-high six made threes with three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 30 minutes played during a 74-71 conference victory at Saint Rose (Jan 28) … during Le Moyne’s second win over Adelphi (Feb 1), Salter provided 13 points on 4-7 from three-point range with five assists, a steal and just one turnover in 34 minutes played… he followed that up with 17 points, six assists, one steal and zero turnovers in 36 minutes during an 84-81 win at home over Franklin Pierce (Feb 4) … scored nine points during Le Moyne 77-74 NE10 Championship First Round victory over Saint Michael’s (Feb 24) … contributed 11 points and three rebounds during the final game of the season in the NE10 Championship Quarterfinals against Bentley.
2021-22: Senior (Adelphi University) – Started all 26 contests that he played in for the Panthers, averaging 9.6 points, 3.7 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 31.9 minutes per game.... scored a career-high 21 points with a career-best 10 free throws made at Le Moyne (December 1)... dished out a career-high nine assists at Staten Island (November 29)
2020-21: Junior (Adelphi University) – Canceled season
2019-20: Sophomore (Adelphi University) – Redshirt season due to NCAA transfer rules
2018-19: Freshman (American International) – started 17 games as a freshman with averages of 10.3 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game… named to the NE10 All-Rookie Team... shot 40.1 percent from beyond the arc and 84.2 percent from the free-throw line.
Personal: A graduate of Central Cabarrus… scored over 1,000 points for the Central Cabarus basketball team... prior to enrolling at Le Moyne he attended Adelphi where he was on the Dean’s List and graduated with a degree in Sports Managament… working towards his MBA at Le Moyne... son of Shannon and Craig Salter
