Mansfield, Mass. – Le Moyne College junior Josh Byrne (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee) has been named the Northeast-10 Conference men's diving athlete of the week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Byrne, honored by the conference for the second time this season and for the 12th time in his career, swept both diving events for the fourth time this season in Le Moyne's 171-82 victory at Pace University on Saturday afternoon. He registered a score of 312.00 to capture first place off the one-meter diving board. Later in the meet, he set the school record with a score of 322.20 en route to winning the three-meter diving event.

Following an open weekend, the Dolphins return to the pool on Thursday, February 5 for the first day of the four-day Northeast-10 Conference Championships, which will be held at Southern Connecticut State University.
