Danbury, Conn. – Le Moyne College junior Josh Byrne (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee) has been named the Corvias ECAC men's Diver of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday afternoon.

Byrne, honored by the ECAC for the third time this season, won both diving events for the fourth time this season in Le Moyne's 171-82 victory at Pace University on Saturday afternoon. Named the Northeast-10 Conference men's diving athlete of the week on Tuesday, he recorded a score of 312.00 to take first place off the one-meter diving board. Later in the meet, he established the new school record with a score of 322.20 en route to capturing the three-meter diving event.

Following an open weekend, the Dolphins return to the pool on Thursday, February 5 for the first day of the four-day Northeast-10 Conference Championships, which will be held at Southern Connecticut State University.
