Syracuse, N.Y. – Junior guard

Hyland, who previously scored 20 points against the University of New Haven on November 18, 2015, tallied 12 of his team-best point total in the second half, while also adding five rebounds and three assists. Junior forward
Isaiah Eisendorf (Silver Spring, Md./Springbrook/Gannon) recorded 13 points, including eight in the second half, while fellow Gannon transfers

Jack Laffey, who hit six three-pointers (in seven attempts) in Le Moyne's 78-75 victory over the Panthers last February, scored a game-high 26 points after connecting on 7-of-10 shots from three-point range. Michael Coffey was the only other Panther in double figures with 14 points.
After Adelphi jumped out to an 8-3 lead over the opening 2:08, the Dolphins answered with 10 straight points to take a five-point lead of their own with 14:51 left. Four players scored for the Dolphins in the span, which was capped by a three-pointer by junior guard
Anthony Richards (New Castle, Pa./New Castle/West Virginia Wesleyan).
The Panthers responded with an 11-2 run to regain the lead. Laffey scored six of the points, while Coffey started the spurt with a three-pointer.
Le Moyne countered with 10 of the next 12 points as part of a longer 17-7 run to open up a six-point advantage. Kaigler scored the first four points, while Asuncion-Byrd tallied five of the last seven points.
The Dolphins took a 37-30 lead into the intermission after Hyland nailed a three-pointer in the final minute of the half.
Adelphi scored the first eight points of the second half and 11 of the first 13 to take a 41-39 lead with 15:38 to play. Laffey drained a trio of three-pointers in the stretch.
Le Moyne answered back with nine straight points to take the lead again. Eisendorf scored the first four points, Richards buried a three-pointer and then Hyland converted a jump shot with 13:10 to play.
After Adelphi recorded a 9-2 run to tie the score at 50 with 9:42 remaining, the Dolphins ran off eight of the next 10 points to regain their six-point lead. Freshman forward
Tom Brown (Ellicott City, Md./Centennial) started the run with his first career home three-pointer, Asuncion-Byrd followed with a three-pointer from the left wing and then Eisendorf finished off a pass from Hyland.
The Panthers responded with a pair of 5-0 spurts around a Hyland three-pointer to take the lead back. Coffey hit a pair of three-pointers in between lay-ups by Chris Millender, who recorded a game-best 13 rebounds.
After Kaigler and Manny Suarez traded lay-ups, which resulted in a 64-63 Adelphi lead with 1:51 remaining, the Dolphins scored the last seven points of the game. Hyland gave the Dolphins the lead for good with a three-pointer with 1:25 left in the contest. Hyland closed out the game's scoring by going 4-for-4 from the foul line in the final 24 seconds.
Le Moyne (5-3, 2-2 NE10), which has won five straight home games against the Panthers, is back in action on Tuesday at American International College at 7:30 p.m.
