Waltham, Mass. – Four Dolphins each scored two goals to lead the second-ranked Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team to a 17-2 win over Bentley University in the Northeast-10 Conference regular season finale on Friday night. With the victory, the Dolphins completed their conference slate undefeated for the 14th time in the last 17 years.

Following almost nine minutes of scoreless action to start the game, Bentley got on the scoreboard as Alex Astarita recorded an unassisted goal.

The Dolphins responded with the game's next four goals, including three over the final 3:44 of the first quarter. Sophomore attackman Justin Kesselring (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport) tied the score with an unassisted tally with 3:44 to go in the quarter. Junior midfielder Brian Rogers (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa) put the Dolphins in front with his 30th goal of the year with 1:11 left. Just 40 seconds later, senior midfielder Nick Kline (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) finished off a feed from senior attackman Logan Thomas (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool/Onondaga C.C.). The Dolphins took a 4-1 lead at the 11:18 mark of the second quarter as freshman attackman Jack Vajda (Clinton, N.J./Rutgers Prep) tallied his 15th goal of the year after taking a feed from graduate student midfielder Matt Taylor (Manlius, N.Y./Fayetteville-Manlius/Cornell).

Bentley trimmed its deficit to 4-2 with 10:24 left in the second quarter on an unassisted goal by Matt Sanford.

Exactly five minutes later, Rogers recorded his career-best 31st goal of the season after collecting a pass from Taylor. Thomas then netted his 34th goal of the campaign with 33 seconds left in the half off a pass from freshman midfielder Dan Entenmann (Auburn, N.Y./Auburn).

The Dolphins registered five goals in the third and fourth quarters to triple their halftime lead. Sophomore midfielder Bailey Wilkinson (Black River, N.Y./Carthage) started the scoring with his seventh goal of the year with 12:41 left in the third. Freshman midfielder James Felix (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford) tallied his first career goal with 9:08 remaining for a 9-2 lead. Entenmann followed with his fourth goal of the campaign at the 3:48 mark, while senior defensive midfielder Kyle DeAngelis (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) netted his first career goal with 2:51 to go. Vajda finished off the scoring in the quarter with 10 seconds left after taking another feed from Taylor.

Taylor got the scoring started in the fourth quarter by netting his 21st goal of the year 25 seconds into the period. Senior attackman Pat Nowak (Hamburg, N.Y./Hamburg) picked up his ninth goal of the year with 12:32 remaining, while freshman attackman Ryan Cosgrove (Churchville, N.Y./Churchville-Chili) recorded his fourth goal of the season with 6:12 to play.
