Justin Kesselring (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport) each had three goals as the third-ranked Le Moyne College men's lacrosse team registered a 10-4 win over Franklin Pierce University on Saturday afternoon in Northeast-10 Conference action at Ted Grant Field.
Rogers started the game's scoring less than five minutes into the contest with his 10th goal of the season.
The Ravens took advantage of an illegal stick penalty on the Dolphins to even the score at one apiece. Off a pass from Jake Castorf, Sean Delea netted his 11th goal of the season with 6:36 left in the opening quarter.
The Dolphins answered with back-to-back goals to regain the lead. Freshman attackman
Riley Larson (Fairfield, Conn./Ludlowe) put the Dolphins in front with 4:58 left with an unassisted goal. Kesselring pushed the lead to 3-1 with 2:45 to go after collecting a pass from junior midfielder

Luke Tracy got the Ravens within 3-2 at the end of the first quarter by finishing off a pass from Joe Palmeri with 13 seconds left.
Midway through the second quarter, junior midfielder
Bailey Wilkinson (Black River, N.Y./Carthage) extended Le Moyne's lead back to two with his third goal of the season.
The Ravens pulled within one at halftime as Ben Lassow tallied his fifth goal of the year with 1:18 left in the half.
Le Moyne scored three times in 69 seconds in the first 2:14 of the third quarter to take control of the game. Kesselring started the outburst with 13:55 to go after taking a feed from Larson. Rogers followed with his second goal of the day 42 seconds later. Freshman attackman
Matt Hutchings (Marcellus, N.Y./Marcellus) gave the Dolphins a 7-3 lead with his fourth goal of the campaign with 12:46 remaining.
Franklin Pierce scored 91 seconds later as Lassow finished off a feed from Delea, but it would mark the team's final goal of the game.
The Dolphins found the back of the net three times in the opening 5:21 of the fourth quarter to finish off the game's scoring. Off a restart behind the goal, Kesselring recorded his team-best 22nd goal of the season from the left edge of the crease with 13:51 remaining. Hutchings picked up his fifth goal in the last two games with an unassisted tally with 11:39 to play. Rogers capped the game's scoring with 9:39 left with a drive down the right alley. The goal gives Rogers 110 points in his career, the 24th-most in the program's history.
Junior goalkeeper
Jack Sweeney (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill/Onondaga C.C.) earned his conference-best eighth win of the season after making four saves, including three in the second quarter. Connor Wacksman recorded 15 saves, including five in each of the second and third quarters, in the setback.
Le Moyne (8-1, 5-1 NE10) returns to action on Wednesday at 10th-ranked Pace University at 3:00 p.m.
