Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College women's swimming and diving team had four triple winners en route to a 157-137 victory over SUNY Cortland on Saturday at the Rev. Vincent B. Ryan, S.J. Pool. The Red Dragons won the men's half of the meet, 170-124.

Grace Thomas (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa), senior

MaryLauren Burke (Hopkinton, Mass./Hopkinton) opened the meet by winning the 200-yard medley relay by over five seconds with a time of 1:54.29.
Freshman
Hannah Kellogg (Cazenovia, N.Y./Chittenango) won both of the distance freestyle events. She won the 1650-yard freestyle by over 71 seconds by touching the wall in 18:26.73. She placed first in the 500-yard freestyle by almost three seconds with a time of 5:28.82.
Thomas captured both of the backstroke events. She won the 100-yard backstroke by 2.4 seconds with a time of 1:01.13. She later claimed the 200-yard backstroke in 2:13.08 to win by almost four seconds.
Melfi was victorious in both of the breaststroke events. She topped the field in the 100-yard breaststroke by 3.25 seconds with a time of 1:11.82. She touched the wall in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:42.06 to win by over two seconds.
Longway swept the two sprint freestyle events. She took first place in the 50-yard freestyle by almost one second with a mark of 25.36 seconds. She later won the 100-yard freestyle by just under two and one-half seconds with a time of 55.66 seconds.

Lily Buchholz (Skaneateles, N.Y./Skaneateles) and Kellogg won the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:49.48 to close out the meet.

Dominic Fratto (Waterloo, N.Y./Waterloo), junior

Brandon Bardin (Burnt Hills, N.Y./Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) and freshman
Belal Hamad (Syracuse, N.Y./PSAL at Fowler) was victorious in the 200-yard medley relay in 1:38.35.
Hamad claimed the 200-yard freestyle by over four seconds with a time of 1:49.03.
Morris swept both of the sprint freestyle events. He won the 50-yard freestyle by just under one second with a time of 21.74 seconds. He later took first in the 100-yard freestyle in 48.32 seconds to win by over two seconds.
Redshirt freshman
Ryan McMahon (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee) won the 200-yard breaststroke by 0.38 seconds with a time of 2:19.32.
Freshman
Justin Byrne (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee) was victorious in the second one-meter diving event with a score of 289.95.
The quartet of Fratto, redshirt freshman
Logan Bronecki (Hemlock, N.Y./Livonia), Morris and Hamad closed out the meet by winning the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:17.92.
The Dolphins, who honored their 11-member senior class prior to the meet, return to the pool at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, which will be held February 17-20 at Southern Connecticut State University.
