Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne Athletic Department unveiled a redesigned LeMoyneDolphins.com website on Thursday in concert with its continued partnership with Syracuse-based SIDEARM Sports.
The official website of all 21 Le Moyne Intercollegiate Athletic programs boasts an enhanced design with rotating stories, visually prominent listings and easy-to-access video content.
Among new features are a first-of-its-kind live event streaming alert (with direct broadcast link) that appears at the top of the main page any time 'PhinsTV is broadcasting and an expanded dynamic sports calendar that tracks all upcoming Dolphin home and away Athletic events.
"As we continue to work towards increasing the exposure of our Student-Athletes and Athletic programs through a variety of brand engagement initiatives, we felt it was imperative to provide the official online home of Le Moyne Athletics with a vibrant, new look," said Director of Athletics & Recreation Bob Beretta.
"One of our primary goals throughout the redesign process was to build a more user-friendly website, one that is more engaging to our fans. We hope this new site amplifies the stories of our Student-Athletes, while showcasing their tremendous accomplishments on the playing fields and in the classrooms here on the Heights."
The new responsive design is more user-friendly than ever before across all electronic platforms, including desktops/laptops, tablets and mobile phones. The latest rendition features a responsive design platform to provide a consistent experience on the user's desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
While the new design highlights a number of new features, users will notice many familiar elements such as the free high definition video streaming platform, dynamic photography, thorough reporting, access to social media platforms as well as sections dedicated to The Le Moyne Way, the Athletic Department's shared culture touchstone and latest programming.
This marks the third iteration of the LeMoyneDolphins.com website with SIDEARM Sports and is the first refresh in five years. The redesign process was a collaboration between the Athletic Department and SIDEARM designer Megan Costello, a 2018 Le Moyne College graduate. The website serves as the leading source of all information on Le Moyne Athletics.
