Indianapolis, Ind. – The Le Moyne College baseball team has been selected to the NCAA Baseball Championships for the 19th time, as announced by the NCAA Division II Baseball Selection Committee on Sunday night on NCAA.com.

The Dolphins are the seventh seed in the seven-team East Regional, which will be split into two sites. The Dolphins will be in the East Region #2 bracket, which will be hosted by second-seeded Molloy College at Mitchel Field in Uniondale, N.Y.

The Dolphins (26-23), who are making their first NCAA appearance since 2018, will open the regional against second-seeded Molloy (36-12), the East Coast Conference champion, on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. The second game of the opening day will pit third-seeded Adelphi University (30-13-2) against sixth-seeded Franklin Pierce University (28-15) at 3:00 p.m..

The other half of the East Region is top-seeded Southern New Hampshire University (35-15), the Northeast-10 Conference champion, fourth-seeded and host Wilmington University (31-11), the Central Atlantic Athletic Conference champion, and fifth-seeded Southern Connecticut State University (30-13-1).

The East Region #2 bracket will consist of two games on Thursday, two games on Friday, two games on Saturday and an "if necessary" game on Sunday. East Region #1 will feature two games on Thursday, two games on Friday and an "if necessary" game on Saturday.

The winner of East #1 will square off with the winner of East #2 in a best-of-three super regional on May 27 and 28 at the site of the higher seeded team.

The champion of each of the eight super regionals will advance to the eight-team, double-elimination championship finals to be held June 4-11 at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.
