Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's tennis team clinched the top seed in the Northeast-10 Conference Championship for the third consecutive year with a 7-0 victory over Saint Michael's College on Saturday afternoon at the Skytop Tennis Courts.

Tom Jarry (Paris, France/CNED Toulouse/Emmanuel) and senior
Ethan Miller (Swindon, England/Cirencetser Kingshill School) improved to 4-1 in NE10 play with a 6-2 victory over Tristian Du Plessis and Mathis Billman. Graduate student
Manuel Righi (Bologna, Italy/IPC Manfredi - ITC Tanari/Concordia (N.Y.)/Universita di Bologna) and sophomore
Peter Hatton (Syracuse, N.Y./Jamesville-DeWitt/Club Med Academics/Army West Point) tallied a 6-1 win at the second spot over Josh Weiss and Jason Boucher to move to 5-1 in NE10 action. Seniors
Kacper Piekarek (Wroclaw, Poland/Autorskrie Licea Artystyczne Akademickie/Missouri-Kansas City) and
Rodrigo Beires (Porto, Portugal/Agrupamento de Escolas Garcia de Orta/Universidade Portucalense) were also 6-1 winners at the third position over Seb Tonini and Julius van den Broek.
Le Moyne claimed all six points in the singles competition for the fourth time this season and the second time in NE10 play. Righi closed out the regular season at 14-0 in dual matches with a 6-3, 7-5 win over Weiss at the first spot. Hatton pushed his record to 4-1 in NE10 action with a 6-2, 7-5 victory at the second position over Jackson Moser. Jarry extended his record to 4-0 against conference foes by topping Boucher at the third spot, 6-1, 6-3. Piekarek defeated Sergio Barroso at the fourth position, 6-4, 6-3, to move to 3-0 in NE10 play. Graduate student
Alberto Diaz (Tenerife, Spain/Benito Pérez Armas/Nebraska-Kearney/Midwestern State) closed out NE10 action 6-0 with a 6-1, 6-2 victory at the fifth spot over Du Plessis. Beires won the closest match of the day 7-6 (7-4), 6-7 (5-7), 10-6 at the sixth position against Billman.
Le Moyne (12-3, 5-1 NE10) will open NE10 Championship play on Thursday against either fourth-seeded Saint Michael's or fifth-seeded Bentley.
