4/7/2025 2:15:00 PM

Bridgewater, N.J. – Le Moyne College graduate student midfielder Ethan Loun (West Linn, Ore./West Linn) and sophomore goalkeeper Lucas Winger (Glenview, Ill./Glenbrook South) have earned Northeast Conference men's lacrosse weekly honors, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Loun, honored by a conference office for the first time in his career, was named the Co-Player of the Week. He collects the honor after registering a career-high seven points on career high-tying marks of four goals and three assists in Le Moyne's 9-4 victory over Wagner on Saturday. He scored three of the team's four goals in the third quarter and assisted on the other as the Dolphins turned a 2-2 halftime tie into a 6-3 lead after 45 minutes. He assisted on two of the team's three goals in the fourth quarter as the team extended its lead.

Through 10 games, he leads the Dolphins in points with 22 on 12 goals and a team-high 10 assists.

Winger was named the Defensive Player of the Week for the third straight week. He tallied 13 saves, including five in the third quarter, over 58:33 between the pipes to earn his fourth win in the victory over Wagner on Saturday. He became the first Dolphin netminder to record double-digit saves in six straight games since Alex Krawec '16 did so in the final six games of the 2015 season.

Through seven appearances, including starts in each of the last five games, he has a 6.80 goals against average, 81 saves and a .669 save percentage over 352:47 between the pipes. His goals against average and save percentage are both the top marks in the NEC, while his saves per game (11.57) is the fourth-best.

Le Moyne (7-3, 4-0 NEC), which has won 14 straight conference games, closes out its non-conference schedule on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. against Bucknell University.
