MEN'S AND WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RELEASE 2026 SCHEDULE

The Le Moyne College men's and women's cross country team have announced their 2026 season schedule. The 'Phins look to continue to build on the individual success with the returning student-athletes, while also adding depth with the incoming class.
 
The season kicks off on September 5th with the Harry Lang Invitational at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. This early-season meet offers a prime opportunity for the Dolphins to gauge their progress and set the tone for the rest of the season. The Colgate course is known for its challenging terrain and picturesque setting, ensuring a thrilling start to the Dolphins' campaign.
 
On September 12th, Le Moyne will host the Frank Dillon Memorial Invitational at Jamesville Beach State Park in Jamesville, N.Y. This is a new location compared to previous years being behind the athletic complex at Le Moyne.
 
The following weekend, on September 19th, the Dolphins will travel to Rochester, N.Y., to participate in the Yellowjacket Invitational at Genesee Valley Park. Another familiar location, Le Moyne will look to build on the success from last season.
 
October begins with a journey to Bethlehem, Pa., for the Paul Short Invitational on October 2nd. Held at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course, this invitational is one of the largest and most renowned meets on the collegiate circuit, offering the Dolphins exposure to a wide array of competition from across the nation, drawing over 7,000 athletes from more than 600 colleges and high schools nationwide.
 
On October 17th, the team heads to Buffalo, N.Y., for the Canisius Alumni Classic at Delaware Park. This event will serve as a crucial preparatory meet before the championship segment of the season, allowing the Dolphins to fine-tune their strategies and performance.
 
The pinnacle of the regular season arrives on October 31st with the NEC Championships in Brookville, N.Y., hosted by LIU. This neutral-site competition will be a test of endurance and teamwork as the Dolphins look to compete for conference accolades and a strong finish.
 
The season culminates at the NCAA Regionals on November 13th, held at Bethpage State Park in Bethpage, N.Y. This prestigious event will see the Dolphins compete against top-tier teams, hoping to extend their season further into the national spotlight.
