Greensboro, N.C. – The Le Moyne College baseball team has been named a recipient of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award, presented by Sports Attack, as announced by the association on Wednesday afternoon.

The award honors ABCA member programs that posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale during the 2025-26 academic year and have a head coach who is a current ABCA member. This year's award recipients include nearly 500 college programs, including 132 at the Division I level. Le Moyne is one of just five NEC programs to be honored.

The Dolphins, who recorded a team GPA of 3.406, finished their third season back at the Division I level with a 22-26 record, including a mark of 22-11 in the NEC to finish in fourth place in the standings and earn their first berth in the conference championship. The 22 conference victories are the most by the Dolphins since the 2007 squad went 22-3 in the program's final season in the MAAC (now Metro Conference).
