Syracuse, N.Y. – First year member Destiny Jodoin (Farmington, N.Y./Victor) of the women's golf team has been named the Le Moyne Athlete of the Week, presented by CADimensions Inc.
 
Jodoin and the Dolphins competed at the Tribe Invitational hosted by William & Mary at the par-72 Kingsmill Resort River Course on Monday and Tuesday. The 'Phins placed fifth overall following scores of 321, 316 and 315, tying their 54-hole program record with an overall score of 952.
 
Destiny finished in a three-way tie for 18^th, shooting a 232 which included seven birdies and 28 pars. Her score of 232 over 54 holes is the best by a Dolphin first year in the program's history, and the third best mark overall.
 
The Dolphins are back in action Friday for the first round of the three-day Bucknell Invitational.
