Syracuse, N.Y. – The 2026-27 Le Moyne College women's tennis team is scheduled to open its season on September 25, as the team's Fall schedule was released on Thursday afternoon.
The three-event schedule will feature an invitational, the ITA New England Regional Championship and a dual match.
The Dolphins open the season on Friday, September 25 Binghamton Championships, which will be held at the University's Lane-Starke Tennis Center Friday the 25th through Sunday the 27th. The championship will determine the singles and doubles representatives at the 2026 ITA Conference Masters Championship. The winning individuals and pairs will earn an automatic bid to the 2026 ITA Conference Masters Championship, which will take place from Nov. 5-8 in Rome, Georgia and hosted at Berry College and Shorter University's Rome Tennis Center. From the ITA Conference Masters Championship, four singles players will qualify for the NCAA Singles Championship (semifinalists) and three doubles teams will qualify for the NCAA Doubles Championship through the Conference Masters (champion, finalist, third place).
The 'Phins will then compete at the ITA New England Regional Championship Thursday, October 8 through Tuesday the 13th at Yale University's Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center in New Haven, Connecticut.
The Dolphins will close out the Fall season with a dual match at Monmouth University on Friday, October 23.
The team's Spring schedule, which will feature the NEC Championship, will be released later in the semester.
