Williamsburg, Va. – First year Destiny Jodoin (Farmington, N.Y./Victor) registered the best 54-hole score by a freshman in the program's history to lead the Le Moyne College women's golf team to a fifth-place finish at the Tribe Invitational hosted by William & Mary at the par-72, 5947-yard Kingsmill Resort River Course on Monday and Tuesday.

Longwood University won the team competition with an 885 after rounds of 293, 289 and 303. William & Mary finished second at 893 following scores of 300, 294 and 299. Georgetown placed third with a total of 900 off rounds of 302, 292 and 306.

The Dolphins tied their 54-hole program record with a total of 952 to finish fifth after scores of 321, 316 and 315. The Dolphins previously posted a 952 at Lehigh on September 29 and 30, 2025. The 315 on Tuesday is tied for the third-best mark in a round in the program's history, while the 316 is tied for the sixth-best score. The team's 637 on Monday is the fourth-best 36-hole total in the program's history.

Jodoin finished in a three-way tie for 18th in the field of 48 competitors with a 232, which included seven birdies and 28 pars. She opened with a 79, featuring two birdies and nine pars, to land in a four-way tie for 25th place. She was in 26th place at 156 following a 77 in the second round, which included two more birdies and 10 pars. She moved up eight places on Tuesday with a 76, which featured three birdies and nine pars.

Jodoin's 232 over the 54 holes is the best by a Dolphin first year in the program's history and the third-best mark overall. The previous-best mark by a first year was a 236 by current second year Caroline McShea (Old Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich) at the Battle at the Creek on September 15 and 16, 2025.

Fourth year Gianna Cafarella (Scranton, Pa./Scranton Preparatory School) finished in a tie for 23rd at a career-best 235, which featured five birdies and 28 pars. Her 235 is the sixth-best score in the program's history. She joined Jodoin in the first-round tie for 25th at 79, including one birdie and 10 pars. She slipped to a five-way tie for 27th place with another 79 in the afternoon, featuring 11 pars. She climbed four places on Tuesday with a 77, which included four birdies and seven pars.

First year Rachel Warren (Virginia Beach, Va./Landstown) tied for 29th place at 239, including four birdies and 29 pars. Her 239 is the 12th-best mark in the program's history and the fourth-best by a first year. She was in a four-way tie for 29th after a first-round 80, featuring two birdies and nine pars. She was tied for 32nd place at 159 after carding a 79 in the second round, which included two more birdies and nine pars. She moved up three spots with another 80 in the third round, which featured 11 pars.

McShea placed 41st with a 256, featuring one birdie and 23 pars. She turned in a 93 in the first round to place 49th. She took over 44th place with an 81 in the second round, including one birdie and nine pars. She bumped up three places on the second day with an 82, featuring nine pars.

Third year Olivia Dahn (Bristol, Conn./St. Paul Catholic) finished in 45th place with a 262 total, which included one birdie and 21 pars. She recorded an 83 in the first round, featuring one birdie and seven pars, to tie for 38th place. She posted a 92 in the afternoon to move to 45th place. She stayed put with an 87, with seven more pars.

First year Kamryn Yerman (Frankfort, N.Y./Sauquoit Valley), who played as an individual, tied for 36th place with a 249, which featured a pair of birdies and 28 pars. She was in 44th place after an 86, including nine pars, on Monday morning. She tallied an 82 in the second round, featuring 12 pars, to end the first day in 40th place. She moved up four places on Tuesday with an 81, including two birdies and seven pars.
