Mansfield, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference announced the student-athletes named to the Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2019 semester on June 26. Among 16 institutions (including associate member LIU Post), 3,626 student-athletes were honored, including 230 from Le Moyne College.

The Academic Honor Roll (previously known as Commissioner's Honor Roll) acknowledges the commitment of NE10 student-athletes to excel in the classroom with three newly-created designations – Academic Excellence (4.0 GPA), Academic Distinction (3.50-3.99 GPA) and Academic Honors (3.00-3.49 GPA).

Among the Dolphins' 21 athletic programs, 71% of Le Moyne student-athletes earned a spot on this prestigious list. The Dolphins ranked fourth among the 15-member conference in percentage, trailing only Bentley University (75.8), Adelphi University (75.3), and Pace University (71.1). This marked the seventh straight semester above 70-percent for the Dolphins. Of Le Moyne's 324 student-athletes, 140 (43.2%) achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or greater, including 25 who earned perfect 4.0 grade point averages this semester. Le Moyne had the highest percentage of student-athletes earn Academic Excellence designation (4.0) at 7.72-percent.

The Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll recognizes the conference's student-athletes for their achievements within the classroom. To be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have met and or exceeded a minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) for the Fall semester.
