Ali Greco (Niskayuna, N.Y./Niskayuna) scored a goal and dished out an assist to lead the Le Moyne College women's soccer team to a 3-1 season-opening win at Roberts Wesleyan College on Thursday evening at the Soccer Stadium.
After the Dolphins registered the first five shots of the game, including a pair that required saves, Roberts Wesleyan opened the game's scoring in the 31st minute. Off a pass from Genevieve Palmer, Olivia Grande found the back of the net at the 30:51 mark to put the Redhawks in front.

Maddison Vine (Ogdensburg, N.Y./Lisbon) scored her third career goal with one second left in the half to knot the score at one apiece.

Amya Naja (Gansevoort, N.Y./South Glen Falls) tallied her first career goal at the 66:48 mark after collecting a pass from Greco.
The Redhawks put two shots on target over the next 11 minutes, but each was saved by senior goalkeeper
Shannon Bennison (Albany, N.Y./Guilderland) to preserve the lead for the Dolphins.
Greco tacked on an insurance goal - her second career tally - at the 85:22 mark.
Roberts Wesleyan recorded four shots over the final two and one-half minutes, including two on goal, but could not find the back of the net.
Bennison, who made her first career start, finished the contest with eight saves, including six in the second half, to earn her first victory. Kelsey Brinkel tallied three saves for the Redhawks. Roberts Wesleyan posted a 14-10 advantage in shots, including 10-2 in the second half, while holding a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.
Le Moyne (1-0), which won at Roberts Wesleyan for the first time since 2008, returns to action on Wednesday for its home opener against Daemen College at 4:00 p.m.
