Syracuse, N.Y. – Women's basketball fifth-year guard Lytoya Baker (Rochester, N.Y./Bishop Kearney) is the Le Moyne College Athlete of the Week, presented by CADimensions, Inc., for the week ending on December 31.

During Thursday's game at University of Pittsburgh, Baker tallied her fifth double-double of the season with 13 points and 11 rebounds to go along with four assists, two blocks and a steal in 35 minutes played.

Le Moyne returned home to take on Princeton University on Sunday, and Baker provided eight points, seven rebounds, two assists and a steal in 37 minutes of action.

Baker currently leads all Northeast Conference players in rebounding average (8.2) and double-doubles (5). The next highest total of double-doubles by an NEC player this season is two.

Baker was also named the Northeast Conference Player of the Week and an NEC Prime Performer.

The Le Moyne women's basketball team will begin Northeast Conference play on Saturday at home against FDU.
