Syracuse, N.Y. – Senior Jack Gibson (Ilion, N.Y./Central Valley Academy) of the men's cross country team has been named the Le Moyne College Athlete of the Week, presented by King + King Architects, as announced by the department.

Gibson receives the honor for the second time this year after placing first at season-ending Saint Francis University's Red Flash Rally on Saturday afternoon. He completed the six-kilometer course in a personal-best time of 19:32.6 as he earned his second victory of the season.

Gibson and the Dolphins open the indoor track and field season at Cornell University's Greg Page Relays on Friday, December 6.
