Syracuse, N.Y. – Senior Jack Gibson (Ilion, N.Y./Central Valley Academy) of the men's indoor track & field team has been named the Le Moyne Athlete of the Week, presented by CADimensions, Inc.

The Dolphins competed at the Greg Page Relays this past weekend at Cornell University, and set two program records during the meet.

Gibson, who ran in the men's 3000m, placed 1st overall in the 13-man field, after completing the race in a time of 8:38.63. His time set a new personal record for the senior, and was just over a second away from beating the program record in the 3000m.

Le Moyne has a brief pause in their schedule over winter break, and are set to return to action on January 11th as they travel to West Point for the West Point Open.
