Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's basketball team will take on the University of Notre Dame on Sunday, December 22 at Purcell Pavilion in South Bend, Indiana.
The contest will be the first ever between the programs and Le Moyne's second matchup of the season against a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (Syracuse, November 4). The game is also the program's first in the state of Indiana, the home state of Wright, III '85 and Cathy Lassiter Endowed Head Men's Basketball Coach

The Dolphins return six letterwinners and one redshirt from last year's squad, which went 15-17, including 9-7 in their first season in the Northeast Conference. The Dolphins were the fourth seed in the NEC Championship and recorded an 82-61 victory over FDU in the first round before falling to eventual runner-up Merrimack College in the semifinals. The Dolphins return their third and fourth-leading scorers from last year in fifth-year guard

Robby Carmody, a pair of freshmen and a previous women's team practice player to the roster for 2024-25.
The Fighting Irish went 13-20 overall under first-year head coach Micah Shrewsberry in 2023-24, including a win in the ACC Tournament, and posted a 7-13 mark in ACC competition. The Irish return their top six minutes leaders, while adding three graduate transfers and four freshmen. They return their top four scorers, led by ACC Rookie of the Year Markus Burton, and their top three rebounders.
