Syracuse, N.Y. – A free kick goal scored by redshirt sophomore Felix Ludemann (Wrestedt, Germany/Herzog-Ernst-Gymnasium Uelzen) of the men's soccer team has been named the Le Moyne Play of the Week, presented by 'Phins Hospitality.
 

 
Entering the game, the Dolphins needed a victory over the Chicago State, and a tie or loss by Stonehill College against LIU. Le Moyne earned a free kick in the 8^th minute of the game following a foul on the Cougars just outside of the top left corner of the penalty box.
 
Ludemann stepped up to take the free kick, hitting the ball up and over the Chicago State wall, as the movement on the ball wrong-footed the keeper, deflecting off his hands and into the back of the net to give Le Moyne an early 1-0 lead.
 
The Dolphins won the game by a score of 3-0, earning them a spot in the NEC Championships.
