Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College women's basketball program and Linda M. LeMura Endowed Head Coach
Nick DiPillo have announced the addition of assistant coach Emma Boslet on Monday.
Boslet recently completed her collegiate playing career at Saint Joseph's University, where she appeared in 117 games between 2020-2025.
The Edison, New Jersey native played in 31 games with 29 starts for the Hawks during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging a career-high 3.4 assists per game, which ranked in the top 10 among all Atlantic 10 players, with a league-best 2.3 assist to turnover ratio.
"Emma's arrival to Le Moyne is a great day for our 'Phamily'," said DiPillo. "Her playing career at St. Joe's speaks for itself - not only was she an asset on the court but her ability to lead, galvanize the locker room and her deep appreciation for the importance of culture has prepared her to begin her coaching journey. I couldn't be more excited for Emma to begin impacting our student-athletes on and off of the basketball court."
Boslet helped lead Saint Joseph's to the 2025 Atlantic 10 Championship game, tallying six rebounds and four assists in 32 minutes played during a 53-50 overtime win over Rhode Island, before providing two steals, two assists, two rebounds and two field goals in 30 minutes during a 50-49 win over top-seeded Richmond in the semifinals.
Boslet filled up the stat sheet during a win at Syracuse University early in the 2024-25 campaign, dishing out 10 assists to go along with six points, five rebounds, three steals and two blocks in 37 minutes played.
She then set a new career high in assists a little over one week later with 13 during a win at Southern Utah, which is tied for the fifth-most assists by an SJU player in a single game in program history.
Boslet was named to the 2025 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) 'So You Want To Be A Coach' class, which allowed her to participate in a two-day workshop on April 3 and 4 during the WBCA Convention in Tampa.
The "So" program increases the understanding and application of skills necessary to secure coaching positions in women's basketball, increases the understanding and awareness of competencies necessary for success in coaching, introduces female basketball players to coaches and administrators, and raises awareness of the existing talent pool of female basketball players who have a passion and interest in coaching the game of women's basketball.
"The WBCA community of coaches each year invests in young, aspiring coaches through the 'So You Want To Be A Coach' program," said WBCA Executive Director Danielle Donehew. "We have high expectations for these graduating student-athletes and the future contributions they will make to the game of women's basketball," Donehew added following the announcement of the 2025 class in January.
Following their run to the 2025 A10 title game, the Hawks earned a berth to the WBIT, where they claimed a 69-40 win over UAlbany in the first round before suffering a 62-60 loss against fourth-seeded Villanova. Boslet registered a career-high three blocks in 35 minutes of action against the Wildcats.
