Clinton, N.Y. – Freshman
Sean Beney (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) turned in a third-place finish and a classmate
Meg Hubregsen (Honeoye Falls, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) registered a pair of top-10 finishes to lead the Le Moyne College men's and women's track teams at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational on Saturday afternoon at Scott Field House.
On the women's side, Hubregsen placed seventh in the long jump with a leap of 14-feet, 10.5-inches on her first attempt, while she recorded a 10th-place finish in the 200-meter dash in 28.19 seconds, the fastest time by a Dolphin this season.
Freshman
Morel Anderson (Bronx, N.Y./Frederick Douglas) placed eighth in the 60-meter dash with a season-best time of 8.73 seconds. In the long jump, she placed 12th with a distance of 12-feet, 9.25-inches. She also recorded a season-best time of 29.09 seconds in the 200-meter dash to place 15th.
The Dolphins had three runners finish in the top-13 in the 800-meter run. Freshman
Shania Hayward (Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Saratoga Springs) placed seventh in a season-best 2:32.98, classmate
Erin Fayle (Lowville, N.Y./Lowville) was 10th in a season-best 2:36.83 and
Katherine Markstein (Binghamton, N.Y./Susquehanna Valley) recorded a season-best time of 2:39.63 to place 13th.
In the one-mile run, freshman
Gabrielle Schug (East Syracuse, N.Y./Christian Brothers Academy) placed 11th in a season-best 6:06.42, while senior
Rachel Crosley (Clinton, N.Y./Clinton) was one spot back with a season-best time of 6:10.14.
Sophomore
Elena Doctor (Buffalo, N.Y./West Seneca East) placed 13th in the 3000-meter run in 11:53.13.
Freshman
Alison Iles (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) turned in a time of 1:07.14, the best time by a Dolphin this season, to place 15th in the 400-meter dash.
Senior
Amber Kukiela (Auburn, N.Y./Auburn) cleared a height of 4-feet, 5-inches to tie for eighth place in the high jump. In the shot put, freshman
Bella Sterly (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill) registered a distance of 35-feet, 8.5-inches to place sixth.

Laura Quercia (Marcellus, N.Y./Marcellus/SUNY Cortland), Hayward and Fayle placed fifth in the 3200-meter relay in 11:16.21.
In the one-mile run, Beney registered the Le Moyne men's team's best finish of the afternoon by placing third with a time of 4:36.14.
Senior
Aaron Fuller (Troy, N.Y./Lansingburgh) registered a 13th-place finish in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 53.98 seconds.

Joe Fallon (Syracuse, N.Y./Marcellus) crossed the finish line sixth in a season-best 9:13.99, while junior
Adam Zinger (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) placed 14th in a season-best 9:56.48. Freshman
Brody Witaszek (Ghent, N.Y./Chatham) placed 13th in the 800-meter run in a season-best 2:07.11, while sophomore
Colin Teeter (Central Square, N.Y./Central Square) was one spot behind in 2:07.27, the second-fastest time of the season by a Dolphin.
The team of Fallon, Teeter, Witaszek and Beney recorded a time of 8:54.87 to place fourth in the 3200-meter relay. In the 800-meter relay, freshmen

Freshman
Matthew Civilette (Fredonia, N.Y./Fredonia) placed in the top-5 in both jumping events. In the triple jump, he registered a distance of 40-feet, 6.75-inches to place fourth, while he came in fifth in the long jump with a leap of 19-feet, 7.5-inches. Freshman
David Slattery (Queensbury, N.Y./Queensbury) recorded a season-best distance of 42-feet, 5.5-inches to place seventh in the shot put.
The Dolphins are back in action on Saturday, February 14 at Colgate University's Class of '32 Invitational at Sanford Field House.
