Albany, N.Y. - Senior Tara O'Donnell (Delmar, N.Y./Bethlehem) and sophomore Alyssa Baker (Canandaigua, N.Y./Canandaigua) each won two individual events and teamed on a relay victory to lead the Le Moyne College women's swimming and diving team to a 134-108 victory over The College of Saint Rose on Saturday afternoon. Senior Josh Byrne (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee) and junior Tim Buff (Latham, N.Y./Shaker) each won two events to lead the men's team in a 143-94 loss to the Golden Knights.

O'Donnell and Baker teamed with sophomores Kelsey Smith (Binghamton, N.Y./Chenango Valley) and Sarah Gaffney (Livonia, N.Y./Livonia) to win the meet-opening 200-yard medley relay in 1:54.33. Two events later, O'Donnell won the 200-yard freestyle by three-tenths of a second with a time of 1:58.66. She later touched the wall first in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:01.18. Baker picked up her first individual win of the day with a time of 25.70 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle. She then captured the 100-yard butterfly by just 0.13 seconds in 1:01.37.

Senior Katelyn Votapka (Binghamton, N.Y./Chenango Valley) also won a pair of individual events on the afternoon. She earned Le Moyne's first individual win with a time of 11:08.40 in the 1000-yard freestyle. She added the team's final win with a time of 5:30.87 in the 500-yard freestyle. Smith added a win the 100-yard freestyle in 56.08 seconds to her relay victory.

Buff earned Le Moyne's first victory of the day with a time of 10:24.68 in the 1000-yard freestyle. Later in the meet, he registered a time of 4:56.63 to win the 500-yard freestyle by over six seconds.

Byrne recorded his first win of the meet by posting 264.50 points in the one-meter diving event. On the three-meter diving board, he registered a pool-record and NCAA-qualifying score of 310.04. The topped previous record, which was set by RPI's Matt Culen in 2000.

The Dolphins are back in action for the three-day Ithaca Invitational on Friday, December 4.
