Easton, Mass. – Junior
Sean Beney (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) registered a pair of top-three finishes to lead the Le Moyne College men's track and field team to a 10th-place finish and a program-record 23 points at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships on Saturday and Sunday at Stonehill College. The women's team finished in 11th place with a program-record 12 points.
On Saturday, Beney recorded Le Moyne's highest finish in three appearances at the conference championships by racing to a second-place finish in the 10,000-meter run in a program-record time of 31:31.11. The time is 41.87 seconds faster than his previous program record set at Nazareth four weeks ago. He followed with a third-place finish in the 5,000-meter run on Sunday with a program-record time of 15:04.38. His 14 individual points at the championship are the most ever by a Dolphin.
Freshman
Chris Davitt (Delmar, N.Y./Bethlehem) earned eight points in the 3,000-meter steeplechase by recording a second-place finish (which ties Beney for the best finish by a Dolphin) in a program-best time of 9:21.38. His (and the program's) best time previously was 9:33.77.
The quartet of sophomores
Hamza Elhabbal (Fayetteville, N.Y./Fayetteville-Manlius),
Griffin Klein (Fair Haven, N.Y./Red Creek) and
Mahamadou Jagana (Bronx, N.Y./DeWitt Clinton) and Davitt finished in eighth place in the 4x800-meter relay in a program-record time of 8:03.49, which is almost 12.5 seconds faster than the previous record.
Jagana registered an 11th-place finish in the 400-meter dash with a program-record time of 50.91 seconds. The time eclipses his previous-best mark by 0.88 seconds.
Junior
Matthew Civilette (Fredonia, N.Y./Fredonia) tied his own program record in the triple jump with a leap of 43-feet, 3.25-inches, which resulted in a 14th-place finish. He added a 13th-place finish in the long jump with a mark of 19-feet, 11.5-inches.

Brittney Mack (Poestenkill, N.Y./Averill Park), freshman
Jordan Sloan (Central Square, N.Y./Bishop Grimes), sophomore
Bethia Nivens (Latham, N.Y./Shaker) and sophomore
Rachael Miller (Baldwinsville, N.Y./C.W. Baker) registered the program's best ever finish at the conference championships by placing second in the 4x800-meter relay with a program-record time of 9:26.89, which is almost 22 seconds faster than the previous record.
Sloan, Miller and Nivens teamed with junior
Meg Hubregsen (Honeoye Falls, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) to finish sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a program-best time of 4:01.18 to earn three points.
Miller earned an individual point in the 800-meter run by placing eighth with a school-record time of 2:20.39. The time eclipsed her previous record of 2:20.95 set at Cortland two weeks ago.
Freshman
Jill Stagnitta (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) finished in ninth place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a program-record time of 12:26.65, which is almost 12 seconds faster than her previous record time.
Nivens registered a program-record time of 58.76 seconds in the 400-meter dash to finish in 11th place. The time is 0.51 seconds faster than her previous record time set at the Cardinal Classic last week.
Mack recorded a program-best time of 4:54.96 to place 13th in the 1500-meter run. The time is almost two seconds faster than her previous program record set at the Cardinal Classic.
Junior
Bella Sterly (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill) recorded a program-record distance in the shot put with a mark of 35-feet, 8.5-inches, which eclipses her previous mark of 35-feet, 5-inches at Mansfield in 2015.
