MEN’S AND WOMEN’S INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD TEAM WRAP UP REGULAR SEASON AT RIT FRIDAY MEET #2

Rochester, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's and women's indoor track and field teams closed out the regular season on Friday at the non-scoring RIT Friday Meet #2 at the Gordon Field House.
 
Freshman Lilly Capria (North Syracuse, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) placed first in the high jump by clearing the bar at 5-feet, 3.75-inches, tying her program record, while classmate Abigail Seaman (South Glens Falls, N.Y./South Glens Falls) followed in second place with 4-feet, 11.75-inches.

In the triple jump, Seaman placed fifth with a distance of 34-feet, 10.5-inches, while Capria was ninth at 34-feet, 5.5-inches.

Sophomore Sophia Bisognano (Albany, N.Y./Colonie) registered a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter run with a season-best time of 11:09.01.
 
Sophomore Natalie Lavello (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Arlington) finished seventh in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.55 seconds, 11th in the 400-meter dash with a season-best mark of 1:08.29 and 13th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 29.03 seconds.

Sophomore Chelsea Dennison (Cato, N.Y./Cato-Meridian) finished 13th with a time of 1:08.78 in the 400-meter dash and 16th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 29.19 seconds.
 
In the 800-meter run, sophomore Hilda Kiprono (Eldoret, Kenya/Kapsabet Girls High School) finished 11th with a season-best time of 2:36.37 and was followed directly by redshirt freshman Alexandra Jacob (North Syracuse, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) with a season-best time of 2:37.73.
 
On the Men's side, redshirt sophomore Jeremy Plumley (Camden, N.Y./Camden) placed second in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9.22.20.

Sophomore Connor Scott (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) placed second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.31 seconds and finished ninth in the 400-meter dash with a mark of 53.93 seconds.

Sophomore Brandon Scott (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) placed second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.93 seconds and finished third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.59 seconds.

Freshman Payton Hirsch (Hamilton, N.Y./Morrisville-Eaton) placed fourth with a time of 52.90 in the 400-meter dash and fourth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.60 seconds.

Sophomore Jack Gibson (Ilion, N.Y./Central Valley Academy) registered a time of 9:26.51 to place fourth in the 3000-meter run.

Senior Christian Carlin-Saracene (North Syracuse, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) finished eighth in the one-mile run with a time of 4:38.42.

Sophomore Jacob Cottet (Syracuse, N.Y./Jamesville-DeWitt) placed 10th in the one-mile run with a time of 4:45.47

Sophomore Evan Breitbeck (Cicero, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) finished 12th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:04.66.

Junior Spencer Zeltmann (Adams Center, N.Y./South Jefferson) finished 14th with a time of 55.08 seconds in the 400-meter dash. He also placed 19th in the triple jump with a distance of 38-feet, 10.25-inches.

Senior Matthew Sinnenberg (Burnt Hills, N.Y./Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) placed 15th in the 3000-meter run with a mark of 9:46.87.

Junior Brandon Laribee (Rome, N.Y/Rome Free Academy) finished 17th in the shot put with a mark of 37-feet, 5.75-inches.

The Dolphins return to the track on Thursday for the first day of the two-day Northeast-10 Conference Championships at the Boston Landing Track & Field Complex.
