Canton, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's and women's cross country team both placed 4^th overall at the 33^rd Annual Ronald Hoffmann Cross Country Invitational Saturday morning.
 
Men's Recap:
 
The day started with the men's race, which kicked off at 11:00 A.M. There were eleven total teams in the men's race, which included 169 participants. Junior Tyler Cooper (Sloatsburg, N.Y./Suffern) earned the highest finish of the day for the 'Phins, placing 8^th overall after running a time of 25:43.8.
 
Sophomore Carson Campell (Lee Center, N.Y./Rome Free Academy) placed 26^th overall, running a time of 26:27.1. Classmate Liam Rocks (Jersey City, N.J./St. Peter's Prep) finished two spots behind Campbell, placing 28^th overall after clocking in with a time of 26:37.3. Junior Mike Purvis (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) placed 37^th overall, running a time of 26:54.0. Sophomore Brendan O'Rourke (New Milford, N.J./Bergen Catholic) placed 76^th overall after running a time of 28:28.6 to round out the scoring for the 'Phins.
 
Women's Recap:
 
Sophomore Jasmin Gonzalez-Rivera (Utica, N.Y./Thomas R. Proctor) earned the highest finish of the day on the women's side, which kicked off at 12:00 P.M. She placed 28^th overall after running a time of 23:56.9. Sophomore Mackenzie Ples (Lowville, N.Y./Lowville) placed 34^th overall after clocking in with a time of 24:09.5.
 
Sophomore Isabella O'Donnell (Latham, N.Y./Shaker) placed 40^th overall after running a time of 24:27.3. Freshman Emma Bohall (Schenectady, N.Y.) placed 63^rd overall after clocking in with a time of 26:05.1. Junior Stephanie James (Schenectady, N.Y./Scotia-Glenville) placed 70^th overall after running a time of 26:32.9 to round out the scoring for the 'Phins.
