Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's and women's swimming and diving teams were recognized by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as Fall Scholar All-American Teams for their academic achievements during the 2025 fall semester per an announcement by the organization on Tuesday.
To qualify for the recognition, teams had to post a cumulative minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 during the semester.
Le Moyne's women's team earned a 3.68 GPA and the men's team posted a 3.36 GPA.
"I'm extremely proud of our groups' selections as CSCAA Fall Scholar All-Americans," said head coach Adam Zaczkowski '04. "I truly feel that this recognition displays Le Moyne's commitment, both within our program and as a college, to putting our students first and being student-athlete focused."
"With our women's team having posted the highest GPA within the NEC last year, we expected a similar result during the 2025 fall semester from both them and our men and continue to expect the same in future semesters, as well," added Zaczkowski.
709 swimming and diving programs from 414 institutions were recognized by the CSCAA for the fall semester, representing 16,421 student-athletes at the NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division II levels as well as NAIA, junior, and community colleges across the country.
"The academic commitment demonstrated by these teams is exceptional," said Samantha Barany, Executive Director of the CSCAA. "These student-athletes continue to set a standard for excellence by succeeding at the highest level both in the pool and in the classroom, and the CSCAA is proud to recognize their dedication and achievement."
