Bridgewater, N.J. – Le Moyne College redshirt junior attacker
Olivia Lockwood (Syracuse, N.Y./West Genesee/Onondaga C.C.) has been named the NEC women's lacrosse co-Player of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Lockwood receives the recognition for the third time in four weeks. In the team's lone game of the week, she recorded four goals and two caused turnovers in a 10-7 win over Siena University on Saturday.
Through six games, she has 26 points on 23 goals and three assists. She leads the NEC in goals, goals per game (3.83), points and points per game (4.33). If Le Moyne student-athletes qualified for national rankings, but don't during the institution's transition period, Lockwood would be tied for 11th in goals per game and tied for 22nd in goals scored.
Le Moyne (5-1) wraps up its non-conference schedule on Wednesday at Canisius University at 3:00 p.m.
