MEN'S AND WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD CONCLUDE BOSTON SERIES AT HARVARD/BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Boston, Mass. The Le Moyne College men's and women's indoor track & field teams concluded it's Boston series after the men competed at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, and the women competed at the Harvard Invitational.

Sophomore Makenzie Ples (Lowville, N.Y./Lowville) earned the best individual placement for the 'Phins, finishing 5th overall in the 5000m event, running a time of 18:30.84

Sophomore Demetrius Wells (Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y./Hendrick Hudson) had the best individual finish of the day on the men's side, placing 9th overall in the triple jump event after earning a mark of 13.92m/45' 8".

Women's Recap:

Junior Rosalie Vincent (Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Grimes) placed 20th overall in the 200m event, running a time of 26.02. Sophomore Jasmin Gonzalez-Rivera (Utica, N.Y./Thomas R. Proctor/Monmouth) placed 6th overall in the 500m, clocking in with a time of 1:19.94.

Sophomore Isabella O'Donnell (Latham, N.Y./Shaker) placed 19th overall after running a time of 3:08.90 in the 1000m. 

Senior Lilly Capria (North Syracuse, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) placed 9th overall in the long jump, earning a mark of 5.32m/17' 5.5". Freshman Alexis Vincent (Wynantskill, N.Y./Averill Park) also competed in the long jump, placing 17th overall with a mark of 5.01m/16' 5.25" to conclude the top-30 finishes of the day for the 'Phins. 

Men's Recap:

In the men's 500m, sophomore Maltrin Ramadani (Liverpool, N.Y./Liverpool) and freshman Gabriel Decker (Sherburne, N.Y./Norwich) delivered strong performances, placing 19th and 21st with times of 1:08.73 and 1:08.84, respectively.

Junior Trevon Walker (Clay, N.Y./Cicero-North Syracuse) placed 27th in the long jump event, earning a distance of 6.10m/20' 0.25".

Senior Adam Cuyler (Phoenix, N.Y./C.W. Baker) placed 22nd overall in the shot put, earning a mark of 13.08m. Junior Joseph Doran (Camden, N.Y./Camden) placed 29th overall in the weight throw event, earning a distance of 12.10m to round out the top-30 finishers of the day.

What's Next:

The Dolphins conclude the 2025-26 indoor season at the NEC Chamionships on Sunday, February 15, beginning at 9:00 a.m. It will take place at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, N.Y.
