Syracuse, N.Y. – The Le Moyne College men's & women's track & field team set 21 personal records at the West Point Open on Saturday.

Jack Gibson (Ilion, N.Y./Central Valley Academy) won the mile with an 18-second improvement on his personal record."
In the men's 200m, freshman
Christopher Zajdel placed 3
rd overall set a personal record after running a time of 23.09. Sophomore
Christopher Moser (Camillus, N.Y./West Genesee) placed 9
th overall after finishing the race in a time of 23.71. Junior
Jordan Johnson (Plainfield, N.J./Timothy Christian School) placed 12

Adam Cuyler (Baldwinsvile, N.Y./C.W. Baker) set a personal record in the men's shot put after placing 15
th overall with a distance of 39-feet, 7.25-inches.
Sophomore
Joseph Doran (Camden, N.Y./Camben) placed 12
th overall in the men's weight throw with a distance of 41-feet, 3.25-inches.
"Both
Rosalie Vincent (Syracuse, N.Y./Bishop Grimes) and
Isabella O'Donnell (Latham, N.Y./Shaker) won their events, the 60 meter dash and the 1000 meter event," said coach Wheeless.

Rosalie Vincent placed 1
st overall in the women's 60 meters after running a time of 7.83.
Vincent also placed 2
nd overall in the 200m event after running a time of 26.50. Senior
Delaney Manahan (Marcellus, N.Y./Marcellus) placed 12
th overall after running a time of 29.22. Freshman
Sara Edmonson (Leonardsville, N.Y./Mount Markham) set a personal record after running a time of 29.67 and placing 15
th overall.
Manahan also placed 7
th overall in the women's 400m after running a time of 1:11.13.

Mackenzie Ples (Lowville, N.Y./Lowville) placed 13
th overall in the 800m event after running a time of 2:39.01.

th overall after jumping a height of 5-feet, 1-inch.
Capria also placed 4
th overall in the women's long jump after earning a distance of 16-feet,1-inch.
"We had a lot of personal bests today, and I am sure there will be many more," said coach Wheeless.
The Dolphins are back in action next weekend as they head to Utica, N.Y. to compete in the Utica Winter Opener on Friday, January 17
th.
