Hall of Fame
Believed to be the only player in the program's history to play professionally, Gabrielle Curinga is the seventh member of the women's soccer program to be elected to the Gold Wave Hall of Fame. The fifth-leading scorer in the program's history, Curinga registered 83 points on 31 goals and 21 assists over 55 career games. At the time of her graduation, she ranked second on the career points list. Her 31 goals rank fifth on the all-time goals scored chart, while she is currently second on the assists list. She is one of just three players in the program's history to record at least 40 points in a season, doing so as a senior when she posted 41 points on 14 goals and 13 assists. The 13 assists are the most in a single-season in the program's history. During her time as a full-time Graduate student at the University of Washington, she played from 1997-99 for Seattle Hibernian in the Pacific Coast Soccer League, the highest-level women's soccer available in the Pacific Northwest at the time. She also spent the 2000 season as a member of the Seattle Sounders of the Pacific Northwest Division of the W-League.
