Hall of Fame
The most decorated goalkeeper in the program's history, Jared Corcoran '07 is just the fifth member of the men's lacrosse program to be elected to the Hall of Fame and the first goalkeeper to be recognized. The second three-time USILA First Team All-America selection in the program's history (one of only four now), Corcoran led the Dolphins to three National Championships and an additional NCAA semifinal appearance, while the Dolphins went 63-3 overall, 37-2 in NE10 play and captured four NE10 tournament titles. Corcoran was named the recipient of the USILA's Ensign C. Markland Kelly Jr. Award as the Most Outstanding Goalkeeper in Division II and to the All-America First Team each of his final three years as a Dolphin. To go along with his national honors, Corcoran was named the Northeast-10 Conference Goalkeeper of the Year and to the NE10 All-Conference First Team all four years of his career. He finished his career with a 61-2 record and a 4.37 goals against average over 3197 minutes played in 66 games. After going 16-0 with a 5.46 goals against average (a then Division II record) en route to winning the program's first national championship as a redshirt freshman, Corcoran set the NCAA record for all three divisions for lowest goals against average with a 3.50 GAA as a sophomore as the Dolphins set the NCAA all-division record for fewest goals allowed per game at 3.27 in winning their first 14 games and advancing to the NCAA semifinals. As a junior, Corcoran led the Dolphins to their second national championship in three years and an 18-0 record, at the time the most wins by a national champion in Division II history, by recording a 3.81 GAA, the second-best mark in NCAA history (all divisions). He closed out his career going 15-1 with a 4.70 GAA as the Dolphins repeated as national champions and won their third in four years.
